Expansion of image displayable area in design QR code and its applications

In this study, we focus on non-systematic encoding of Reed-Solomon code, and reduce the restriction. As the result, we can freely select the design area in a QR code and can embed a designed image without sacrificing the error correction capability of RS code. In addition, for embedding a clear and high resolution image, our encoder performs a specific pre-processing operation.
